RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY (NO-RETURN REQUIRED) (Last Updated: December 23, 2025)
At Rosiedommo, we are dedicated to providing exquisite handcrafted water hyacinth and rattan bags and a seamless shopping experience. We understand the unique challenges and concerns our international customers face regarding long-distance shipping and extended delivery times from Vietnam.
To provide maximum peace of mind and simplify the process for our global clientele, Rosiedommo is proud to offer a NO-RETURN REQUIRED REFUND POLICY for eligible cases.
1. Return Window We accept return and refund requests within 30 days of the date of delivery.
2. Eligible Cases for “No-Return Required Refund” Rosiedommo will accept full responsibility and issue a 100% refund (including original shipping costs) or send a replacement free of charge WITHOUT requiring you to ship the item back to Vietnam in the following cases:
Significant Damage during Transit: (e.g., The bag is crushed beyond repair, the bamboo handle is broken, or the floral ribbon embroidery is torn.)
Major Manufacturing Defects: (e.g., Weaving failure, zipper malfunction, significant difference in pattern or color compared to the order description.)
Incorrect Item Sent: You received an entirely different product than what you ordered.
3. Required Photo Verification Process To initiate an eligible no-return refund, customers must follow these steps:

Provide your Order Number.
Include clear photo evidence:
One photo of the entire product for identification.
Two to three close-up photos showing the specific damage, defect, or description mismatch.
One photo of the original shipping label on the packaging.
Our team will review your request within 1-3 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Cases Ineligible for “No-Return Required Refund” In the following cases, if you still wish to request a refund, you must return the item to our Vietnam warehouse at your own cost.

Change of Mind: You are no longer interested in the product, are dissatisfied with the size, or color, provided it matches the product description.
Minor Craftsmanship Imperfections: Small thread ends or slight variations in the handwoven rattan/water hyacinth pattern, which are inherent characteristics of handmade goods and do not affect functionality or general appearance.
Used or Altered Items: Items that have been washed, used, altered, or have missing tags/packaging.
Return Shipping Fee: For returns due to customer remorse (change of mind, wrong size/color choice), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Vietnam. No restocking fees will be charged.
